Single/triple-channel devices increased output currents for
better dynamics low noise for high positioning stability reasonable pricing.
| General The amplifier series SQV
150 and SQV 500 have been completely revised to improve output power (current) and noise.
The relevant data in the former main catalogue are therefore obsolete. Additionally, the
SQV 1000 series has been introduced to supply voltages up to +1000 V. Like the former
devices, the SQV amplifiers show a manual setting of a DC-output voltage level (Offset),
which is superimposed to the amplified external signal.
The SQV type amplifiers are the base program to drive piezoelectric and
electrostrictive actuators. By the increase of the output current, now a dynamic operation
of actuators is possible, especially when some power matching is done between actuator and
amplifier by combining high voltage actuators with lower voltage supplies (see main
catalogue section "power matching"/ p. 5).
Only when further increased dynamics are needed, the higher power
amplifiers series NW and LE are recommended. |
